This form outlines the responsibilities of both the indemnitor and the bail bond agent. Read through this form carefully to ensure that you know what you can expect from your bail bond agent, as well as what is expected of you. In this form, we also ask for your personal and financial information so that we can better assist you.
Although the Bail Bond Agreement outlines your responsibilities as indemnitor, we require you to also sign this indemnitor check list to ensure that you will not end up being held liable for neglecting to complete your end of the agreement. The recent arrest can make remembering all your obligations difficult, so we provide this check list to make it easy for you.
This form asks for more information about the indemnitor and is available in both English and Spanish.

Forms for Collateral (see below)
Although we do not often require collateral for our bail bonds, when we do, it involves real estate. The use of real estate collateral requires additional forms to be filled out and signed.
This form gives the Surety Company - a third-party insurance company, rather than the bail bond agents - permission to take possession of your property until the defendant appears in court. As our bail bond agents are licensed as notaries, they will also sign this form.
The purpose of this form is to inform the signer that their real estate is being held as collateral.
